The Mercure offered a fantastic fitness room with a variety of group lessons, which was a great incentive to stay active during my trip. The friendly staff promptly handed over my room key, demonstrating their attentiveness. The restaurant provided a delightful dining experience with a menu that featured quality dishes, enhancing my overall stay. I particularly appreciated the comfortable Privilege room and the stunning lakeside location, which provided a serene environment for relaxation.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was ineffective, leaving the rooms quite stuffy, which made for uncomfortable nights. Breakfast options seemed limited for the price tag, and I found the noise from the nearby highway could be quite bothersome at times. The gym equipment was outdated and lacked variety for a proper workout, and several areas in the hotel appeared a bit worn, making it feel less fresh. The availability of towels and robes for the spa was inconsistent during my stay, which added to some frustration.

The Classic Room with 1 Double Bed was really comfy! The bed was luxurious and there was plenty of storage for our luggage. I appreciated the kettle and tea-making facilities—such a nice addition. The shower was pretty great too! Only downside was the noise from outside. it was a bit bothersome at times. But overall, a solid stay!
